About Our AfterSchool / SummerCARE
We have prepared an exciting schedule of activities to provide children with an environment that will aid them in their overall development, in their social, emotional, physical and spiritual growth, and work to instill a positive self-image as they grow and mature.
AfterSchool
We pick up at the following schools during the school year:
- Lake Murray Elementary
- Ballentine Elementary
- Chapin Elementary
- Chapin Intermediate
In addition to after school programming, we also offer additional programming on days such as early release days and when the public schools are closed for in-service days and school holidays. For more information, contact Debbie Grizzle at (803) 461-4829.
SummerCare
We have changed the name of our Summer Camp to Summer Care to better reflect the goals and heartbeat of our summer program for kids. We wanted a name that shows our commitment to providing a safe and loving environment for your children while you are at work. We will still have field trips, swimming, games, crafts, etc. just as before.
- Summer Care meets each weekday during the summer to allow parents to work while Gateway cares for their children.
- Registration for Summer Care will open to the public on March 6th. As in previous years, everything will be online.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call Debbie Grizzle at 803-461-4829.
