Hope Ministry
We are committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where individuals of all abilities can grow spiritually, connect with others, and discover their God-given purpose.
Individuals in Hope have access to be discipled in a combination of different settings, which include in our Joy Room, as part of Shepherd’s Flock with “buddy” support, or a hybrid approach of both. We seek to serve our individuals in the best approach that suits them best.
Worship Services
Every Sunday, during the 10:30AM hour, our Joy Room is open to welcome anyone with varying support needs to be an accessible and inclusive space involving teachings and activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our members.
Fellowship Opportunities
We offer various social events, gatherings, and small groups where participants and parents alike can build friendships, share experiences, and find support.
Respite Night Programs for Parents
Respite Nights are held quarterly for a time of rest and recharge for parents and caregivers. This is a night where individuals with special needs and their siblings enjoy a special meal, fun activities, and a time of fellowship while parents and caregivers get a “break”.
Educational Resources
We provide resources and programs to help individuals and families deepen their understanding of faith and navigate life's challenges with hope and resilience.
Volunteer Opportunities
We welcome volunteers of all ages and abilities to join us in serving and ministering to our community, spreading love and joy in tangible ways.
Joy Room
The Joy Room is provided for anyone with varying support needs to be an accessible and inclusive space involving teachings and activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our members. Our self-contained classroom provides more opportunities for personalized attention and interaction. Individuals also have access to a sensory room as a flexible, inviting, supportive environment where they can seek sensory regulation and stress relief.
Shepherd's Flock (Buddies)
This is our “buddy” ministry where one-on-one support is provided to enable access and remove barriers that might otherwise keep someone from participating in church life. Individualized support is provided to meet specific needs and may include but is not limited to sensory input, socialization assistance, safety, and much more.
